I have a parking sensor out & to replace it requires taking the front


bumper off. Dealership wants $750. I can get the OEM part for $180. The same part not painted is less than $100 if I buy 3rd party. Only a small amount painted, but it would look stupid if it doesn’t match the other 7 sensors.

I’ve done some fairly intensive auto repairs, but I’ve got a bit of heartburn thinking about removing the bumper. It’s only 4 bolts & there’s also 20+ plastic clips. No videos for my specific model either, but there’s one for another model that is similar.

Getting it off isn’t scary. Getting it back on & looking right is the potential problem. I still like the car, and it still looks really good (at least when I wash it). Plan on keeping for awhile too.
